Valparaiso

Valparaiso Valparaiso is the most important seaport of Chile, and vital cultural center. Located in central Chile, it is capital of the Region of Valparaíso and home of the National Congress. Valparaiso boasts a labyrinth of streets and cobblestone alleyways upon steep hillsides overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with a very rich architectural and cultural legacy.
