Autopista Boyacá

2_5 If you take the South side of Cerro El Avila you will find the Boyacá motorway or Cota Mil, which gets its name due to its great height. It is a modern and fast road that joins the two ends of the Caracas valley. The road has beautiful scenery and panoramic views of the city.
