San Ignacio

San Ignacio is a palm oasis town in the state of Baja California, at the site of the Jesuit Mission San Ignacio founded in 1728. There is a large spring pond and a small river on the outskirts of town, surrounded by a large grove of lush green date palms, and it is an amazing place to explore. In the town, you will find some beautiful 18th century buildings from the Jesuit mission.
