Nancy is a city in the Lorraine region, and its earliest signs of human settlement date back to 800 BC. The Place Stanislas is the town square, with the statue of Stanislas pointing to the North, and definitely a must see place. Don't miss the Musée des Beaux-Arts and the Musée Historique Lorrain. Since you are in the Lorraine
region, this would be a great time for you to eat a Quiche Lorraine
in its own home town, and for just 2€ you can enjoy a slice of this delicious specialty, buying it in any boulangerie or patisserie that you may come across.
