The very first thing you will love to know about the Gigabyte’s new PDA phone i300 is that it will be released in China first (like usually). Announced a way back in October last year, the i300 runs on Windows Mobile 6.0 and is powered by a 520MHz PXA270 processor with 256MB of RAM. The company hasn’t commented yet on the price tag.
