This is what I call a great idea! Elf Elements have the coolest cell phone charm EVER! They are the Hypershine Mini lip gloss charms, and like any other cell charm, you just tie it up to your cellie :)
They come in 8 colors, and you just twist the cap, and use the lip gloss. So now, you can have a pretty looking cell phone and a pretty looking lips, with matching colors.
