It's a brick, no its a cell

            

Earlycellphone The first cell phone arrived at the WTVN newsroom in the mid 1980s. Not small like the ones we are used to see these days, au contraire, it seerms pretty big to be carring it around.

            

I took one look at that bulky, heavy phone and said something like this. "Look, those may catch on in Los Angeles, where people spend a lot of time in cars, but who would ever want one for they daily life?"

Yes now we can laugh out loud but what a great invention!
